Yukan run canoe building workshop in Hackney. Situated just off broadway Market and a stones throw from Regents canal, they’re ideally placed for anyone who’s ever wanted to design, build and own a Canadian-styled canoe.

We worked with our friends over at Rome and Wolf to craft Yukan’s brand identity. They wanted something that would appeal to all ages but still be credible with the hip, local clientele.
Taking inspiration from the mighty Yukon river in Canada and with a play on the words ‘You’ and ‘Can’, Yukan was born.
The playful identity reflects the bespoke, hand-crafted nature of each custom built canoe. We helped to then create a set of initial marketing materials and merchandise to prepare them for launch.
