Welcome,

Let's find out what your brand is really saying

Ten-fifteen minutes. A set of honest questions about your business, your customers and where you're headed. No log in, no cost, no catch.

Your answers go straight to me. I'll read every one properly, no templates or generic answers. You can then book in a time, that’s convenient to you to talk through what I've found and discuss next steps.

How it works

  1. Answer the questions below as specifically as you can. Vague answers make for vague strategy, so take your time.

  2. Once you submit, your answers land straight in my inbox. Nobody else will ever see them.

  3. You'll be prompted to pick a time straight after, thirty minutes, in person or on a call, whichever suits you.

  4. I'll come to that conversation having already thought properly about your brand, not meeting you cold.

Your details

So we know who to follow up with

01

Ambition

Where this is going, and why now

e.g. "We build bespoke garden studios for homeowners who want extra space without moving house."

e.g. "The go-to name for garden studios across the South West, known for quality over speed."

e.g. raise prices, enter a new market, be taken seriously by bigger clients, stand out in a crowded category

02

Differentiation & proof

What's actually true, and what backs it up

Be specific, mechanisms not adjectives. e.g. "We only use local tradespeople, never subcontract abroad, and I personally visit every site before we quote."

e.g. "40 installations in three years, zero call-backs, five star reviews on Checkatrade."

03

Competitors & brand heroes

The context you're actually being judged against

e.g. "XYZ Garden Rooms undercut us on price with flat-pack kits. ABC Studios are premium but slow to respond."

Doesn't have to be a competitor or even the same sector. e.g. "I admire how Patagonia talks about repair over replace, even though we're nothing like an outdoor brand."

04

Audience

Who you're actually trying to move

e.g. "A couple in their 40s-50s, working from home, tired of tripping over the kids' toys, who want a proper office they're not embarrassed to show on video calls."

Include "doing nothing" and DIY as real alternatives. e.g. "Because a flat-pack shed looks like a shed, and the national chains take six months to even return a call."

05

Personality & voice

How this brand should sound

Formal or conversational? Measured or provocative? Detailed or concise? e.g. "Down to earth and a bit dry, like a trusted builder mate, not a corporate brochure."

e.g. "Anything that sounds like a corporate brochure: 'seamless', 'bespoke solutions', 'transforming your space'."

06

Culture & conviction

The beliefs competitors can't copy

e.g. "Most of the industry oversells 'bespoke' when it's really the same three floor plans with different cladding."

e.g. "Never pressure someone into signing on the first visit, even when the sale is sitting right there."

07

Current presence

So we can look before we meet, and get a real sense of where your brand stands today

List anything you use: website (include the URL), social channels, printed materials, signage, email newsletters, local press. If you don't have a website or any formal marketing yet, tell us that too, that's genuinely useful to know and might be part of the challenge we end up solving together.

JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5MB each. e.g. your logo, a screenshot of your website, a photo of your signage or a leaflet, anything that shows what your brand looks like today. Up to three files.

08

Priorities

Setting the ambition for the work itself

e.g. "Being the studio builder people trust enough to recommend to their own parents."

You're in.

Your answers are on their way over. Now let's find a time to go through them together, in person or on a call, whichever's easier for you.

I understand how daunting branding and marketing can feel, especially if you’re doing it yourself, working with a limited budget or figuring out how best to use AI.

I’m genuinely here to help. I base my review on what you tell me, then give you clear, practical recommendations and an easy-to-understand set of next steps.

Whether you choose to put those ideas into action yourself, work with me or get advice on how to use an AI agent is entirely up to you. The aim is simply to give you clarity, confidence and a direction you can move forward with.

  • A consultant telling you how good they are is like a comedian claiming to be funny. Instead, I prefer to let my work and clients, speak for me.

  • Keshi lead our rebrand from At-Bristol to We The Curious, not only a change of our name and visual identity but in our direction as an organisation. We’re so very proud of our new brand. A joy to work with, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

    Donna Speed, CEO
    We the Curious

  • Keshi took the time to understand us and our brand, working with us on our marketing and social media. Bringing invaluable insights and delivering content and materials we are proud of.

    Lucy & Tom, Owners/Founders
    Hips Social

  • Keshi immediately grasped what I was looking for when I was starting my brand. He walked me through, step by step how his process worked and then delivered my new brand identity.

    Dan, Owner
    Timber & Tin

  • We’d outgrown our old brand identity. Keshi immediately understood what we needed and showed us how to reclaim our voice in a crowded market without, losing the personality that made us distinctive. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
